| Tennessee should be utilizing nullification following the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, this includes any federal laws that infringe on Tennesseans 2nd Amendment protected rights. Additionally, the "public" education model needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up with the focus on parents' rights to govern the conduct of Boards of Education and what their children are exposed to. I will also work to increase the integrity of elections conducted in Tennessee by removing any machines and return to paper ballots utilizing auditable papers and tracking methods. | |||
| Top legislative priority is 10th Amendment actions that do not require funding, just a firm backbone by elected officials that can say NO to a federal government that uses the citizens' tax dollars as the carrot and stick to get compliance. |
